Crescendo International Music Competition

The Crescendo International Music Competition is a nonprofit event that has been giving young musicians, ages 3 to 24, a chance to shine since 2007. Whether your child plays an instrument, sings, or performs in an ensemble, Crescendo welcomes all levels, from Junior through Advanced, with opportunities that inspire creativity and celebrate dedication..

Students begin with regional auditions, either in person or via video, and if selected, move on to perform in Winners’ recitals hosted at prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, and in select years, cities such as Seattle, Toronto, or at Harvard University. For younger performers, the Little Mozarts program offers a special introduction to performing, helping build confidence and a love for music.

Many of our students proudly include their Crescendo achievements on college applications, where performing at Carnegie Hall or participating in international recitals highlights their artistic commitment and passion. Crescendo provides a supportive, enriching environment where every student has the opportunity to grow as a musician and enjoy the joy of performance.
